how deal with this specific demonic oppression

i was addicted to pornography and completely recently stopped watching it after i completely realized that the oppression was getting out of hand. for about 2 yrs now ive been having these disgusting perverted thoughts that go beyond anything i had ever experienced. these thoughts destroy me, and i constantly have sleepless/extremely uncomfortable nights. i have felt like God has forsaken me or hasnt been hearing my prayers. i dont go to church since these thoughts cause so much panic and anxiety, so i try to avoid social situations at all cost.i believe for sure my porn addiction invites the demons in, but its almost been a months since i last watched porn, but the thoughts are sometimes worst than ever. my oppression is driving me into madness and i feel all alone. no one knows what im going through, but they suspect since i have the common symptoms of depression. i know i need to trust God, but has anyone else experienced such oppression? its also severely affecting me physically. for ex: when ib take a shower i panic since i dont want to have these thoughts in the shower, or i wont put my hand no where near my legs because im afraid the thoughts would come in. very hard/weird/disturbing experience in my life. the WORST thing that i have ever experienced. i know a lot of people wont really want to admit to such an oppression, but please share if you can relate. i realized sometimes i would feel energy-less when outside. help! Godbless

Hey bro. The Bible says that if we resist the devil, he will flee.
The addiction though is like any other. Your flesh is used to it, and when it goes away your flesh rebels.
It’s like taking a pacifier away from a baby. When sin is no longer pacified, your carnal nature demands it’s stimulus back.
The Bible also says that God is faithful and will not allow us to be tempted more than we can bear, and that He will also provide us with a way out.
Continue to resist and trust what the Bible says. Pray and ask for help. Things will get easier if you continue to resist, just be prepared to pray through the withdraw symptoms.
    Psalm 19:14
May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
    be pleasing in your sight,
O LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer.

I've gone through a similar oppression. God hasn't forsaken you. He's very much with you and He's working by His own perfect agenda. Remember, Satan has to work by God's agenda. Pray daily and be persistent...he hears you each and every time. Again, He's very much with you and in charge.

Consider running around the block or exercising daily. This will burn off that anxiety, restlessness and panic. Do what you can and maybe just start out slow and only run or exercise as much as you can handle. Seriously this will help you out tremendously if you can find the courage to do it.

Drink plenty of water and try to avoid caffeine drinks.
Don't stay awake at night and sleep during the day...it'll wear you out.
Think positive thoughts and consider taking up some hobbies during your down time. In fact always have a side task to do when you suddenly have nothing to do. (Cleaning, organizing a room, etc.)

God is very much with you even when it doesn't feel like it. Those were just some things you can aside from prayer.

As andrew said stay away from sin. Thats just feeding the fire.

    God bless.

Listen to Christian music or radio. It'll give your mind a place to go. Speak to God when you're tempted into fear or lust.

I've tried showers and I even used to turn it to cold and then back to hot and then back to cold just to get rid of that tingling in my nerves.

God will help you but He won't force you to do anything. Just keep saying to yourself when you run that every step you take you're getting a little healthier and happier. It might feel like crap when you do it but if you do it your body should get a release of endorphins that will give you a breath of fresh air for the rest of the day. Pace yourself and don't push yourself too far that you'll overheat. Drink plenty of water. Then pray afterwards and thank God for the many blessings He gives you. Its a good way to start your day.

You're not hanging from the church rafters... if you're a Christian this life is the worst it will ever get.

As for the thoughts you get: just know thats spam mail from the devil. I don't know if they expect you to believe/accept them as much as just offend you and give you guilt for having them. Try to ignore them but don't blame yourself for them popping in your brain. If they offend you I'd say odds are they're not originating from you.

I heard this big daddy weave song and I thought of you:

"Bring your love to life inside of me. Why don't you break my heart til it moves my hands and feet."

We become what we surround ourselves with. Is it enough only to stop the behavior, or is there a need for a replacement habit. A different choice that can counter the thoughts.

This cannot be broken by anything other than prayer, but if there isn't an alternative habit that can be developed, then renewing the mind will not happen. The very best alternative
is memorizing scripture verses that deal with purity. Trusting the Lord that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ. If you have repented for these things, then it is covered
by His blood, and He has to be the one to remove it. We can pray, and take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, renew our minds with the Word of God, but ultimately it is
only by His hand that freedom comes. Faith in Jesus' sacrifice and covering of that sin until the victory is the only thing that allows us to enter into the throne of Grace for those prayers
    to the Father.

2Co 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Paul prayed 3 times for his thorn in the flesh to be removed. It is not clear what that thorn was, but it is comforting to know that someone used so mightily of God also had his own struggles.

Ya gotta not let that panic and restlessness get you down. Its there to bug you so you look for means of gratification. Look at it this way, pornography does nothing to improve you. That's why I suggested running because every time you run you get a little better and healthier. Be with God...we're all in the ICU in this world and Jesus is sitting by the bedside.

Be grateful for every good day you have. Its God. . . a gift from God. Treasure his gifts but don't let it go to your head. We're sinners and we deserve bad days to humble us. Be able to see God in adversity and prosperity because they both show his love and concern.

Listen to Christian music as much as you can. It'll change your life, brother. http://www.klove.com/

Get on the path to proactive sanctification. Absent that, we are all twisting.

Yep, you can either stay on the defensive and ward things off (which becomes all consuming as we have seen people post over and over and over and over again) or you can go on the offensive, use the 24 hours a day God gives you to actively seek Him and actively serve Him. Permanent freedom FROM is only really possible if you have freedom TO. Because a vacuum must be filled.

    Freedom TO what?

To have an amazing walk with God and loving relationships with people in our lives.

I agree with my learned Christian sister. You need to fill that hole with the things of the Kingdom. In order to not have those thoughts, you must occupy your mind with other things. Find a great church fellowship, join some of their ministries, and immerse yourself in them. For instance,do a hotel feeding, join a church softball league,go out and have a burger with fellow Christians, etc. In order to do away with those thoughts, you gotta fill your life with things that have nothing to do with this addiction, and that's exactly what this is: an addiction! Remove yourself from the situation, and fill your off-time (time away from school or work) with things that are far away from things that will expose you to the dangers of the temptations of your addiction. When God saved me from my drug addiction, I just immersed myself into the church, and the many ministries that were offered.
Above all, stay prayed up, and seek others that have this addiction, just to observe how they deal with it. We can give you all sorts of written advice but until you see it in action, it's just not the same.
May God bless you my friend.

What has happened is that you have fallen under a stronghold. The only way to come against it is through repentance, pleading the Blood of Christ and then binding the demonic influence over you. The list below is the more common demonic chains involved in this which fall directly under Lucifer. Bind the whole lot and go from there. You will find the names in the scriptures and on the net.

Behemoth - thievery, sodomy, murder, and violent lust (rape), causes all sexual addictions

Belial - This unit is shared with Beelzebub. They break people down to the scum of the earth.

Bernael - fallen angel of darkness and evil

Fascinating. I wonder, what all would you say is involved in the "repent" part of this? I think some particular instructions in that area would be helpful.

At the least try not to stay idle. But if you can do some of the things listed and serve Christ you'll be making a better use of your time.
